Sock Bun Update

Correction to yesterday's post: I have now mastered(ish) the Sock Bun I found on pinterest:

I wore it to work  yesterday and even had a few chances to tell some folks there was a sock in my hair. I'll never get tired of that.

    I think I need a video tutorial...but I'm cutting up a sock for sure.

    impressed! i'm with kristin - the photos and instructions are too vague for my feeble brain. i can't get the hang of it! where does all the extra hair go? (mine is long, but it seems that's also the case with the models i see online.)

      Ok, so I find that if I start rolling the hair back without trying to spread it around the sock donut, just letting it all stay at the top of the donut as I start rolling, that it all spreads out and works right.

      There, that should clear it right up. Problem solved.
