The Wind Blew Us Inside Today

We had high hopes of taking a break from the frenzy of sewing to have a picnic at the little playground today. Then Diz noticed how windy it is. He hates wind. It sends him into a panic about things flying away. He wants me to hold or stand on everything in sight to make sure it doesn't fly away. Hats, papers, toys, Boogie. He's not soothed by the reasoning that some things are too heavy to fly away. He doesn't buy it.

So we stayed inside today, and to keep ourselves entertained we played in the Pack'n'Play Fort.



And conveniently the boys got an interactive Halloween card from my Mom.
That gave us a good half hour of jack-o-lantern brotherly fun.
